Apollo Surveying has been serving both tract builders and custom homebuilders since its existence. We offer a complete line of services to homebuilders. We can provide Lot Survey, Clearing stake (trees), House Stake, Form Survey, Slab Survey and Final Survey upon your request. Simply call our office and place your request three to five full business days before you need your bank draw and/or drawing, then follow up with a fax request (for our records), and it will get scheduled immediately, even faxed to your lender for faster expedition. Prices are offered to builders as a package. To obtain discounts on "phase" surveying, we must perform all of the above listed (or agreed upon) services including the Final Survey. You must inform your Title Company, to send the title report to us and indicate your Builder name to receive these discounted offers.
